Our Trained Professional Staff

Our staff are all trained professionals. The care team consists of certified med techs who administer the medications, caregivers, and although not required by the state, some are certified nursing assistants. All staff are required to take regularly scheduled training courses relevant to the industry both ongoing and prior to beginning their position. They also receive hands-on live training. All care staff are overseen by an LPN, who is our Health and Wellness Director. We have several members of the team who are also Certified Dementia Practitioners.

Resident Safety

Our residents are kept safe through personalized care plans and continual oversight on any changes in condition. There are emergency pull cords located in the resident rooms which immediately alert the care team of a need. Our memory care building is completely secured with door alarms and the assisted living building has a concierge at the front desk until 7pm each night. Once the concierge leaves, the front door is locked and visitors must use the doorbell to be let in.

Transportation and Activities

We do offer local transportation for our residents and also have scheduled outings through the activity program.

Dining Experience

Dining as restaurant-style. We have chef-prepared meals from scratch made in our kitchen and servers take orders in the dining rooms. Residents have choices and order off of a menu and there are always available items if they do not prefer the daily selections. Our dining rooms are unique, as they are small and more intimate, only holding around 8 residents each. This provides a more home-like, pleasurable dining experience.

Resident Satisfaction

Resident satisfaction is always important. Any time a resident has a concern, they can bring it to our department leaders and it is addressed. There is a monthly Resident Council which meets to discuss each department and addresses any complaints or ideas they may have. There is also a formal complaint log available as regulated by the state.

Cost of Living

The cost does vary based on the type of room selected and the amount of care that is provided. We have rooms starting at $2,995/month plus the cost of care and medication administration which can range from around $700-$2,500/month.

Family Communication

Communication with families is always open. We do have regularly scheduled care conferences, but also communicate any immediate changes in condition. Department leaders are available to answer any questions and keep families updated on their loved-ones. Most families follow our Facebook page to see a lot of the activities we provide. We encourage family involvement as much as possible.

Respite Stays

Respite stays are available at minimum of 30 days. The cost is $180/day plus care and medication administration.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome to visit any time or live with their owners provided they can care for them.
