A level of care is determined by an initial assessment at the time of move in. Assessments are also completed on a semi-annual basis or more often if needed.

Overview of Staff and Training

Our team includes two Nurses, with our Executive Director also being a nurse. We employ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medication Technicians, and caregivers. Beyond state-required testing, our staff undergoes additional training specific to our community to ensure the highest level of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have a single entry/exit point monitored by a concierge from 8am to 8pm. All doors require assistance for entry and exit. We adhere to corporate protocols for security, safety training, and checks.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents in their transition into our community, ensuring a smooth and comfortable adjustment period.

Transportation Services

Our bus is available for doctor’s appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also organize trips to the grocery store, Target, and other requested shopping destinations as needed.

Dining Experience

We offer a fine dining experience with seated service, a menu, and daily selections including soup/salad, a main course, and dessert. Options for healthy choices, diabetic, and special dietary requirements (e.g., puree, mechanical soft) are always available.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our managers maintain an open door policy for addressing any complaints or issues. Should this not resolve the matter, it will be escalated to our Executive Director.

Cost of Living

Room rates start at $2,836 for studios and $4,150 for 1-bedroom apartments.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families are welcome to call at any time. Additionally, monthly care meetings are held to discuss any changes or needs regarding the well-being of residents.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum of 30 days at $195 per day for assisted living.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our ultimate goal is for residents to age in place comfortably. We currently have a few apartments available, both studio and 1-bedroom options.
