Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team includes RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s, all of whom are required to keep up with annual training mandated by the State of Wyoming. We also have a Nurse Practitioner on site. Please see attached for more details.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We tailor each resident's plan of care to their specific needs, conducting checks on each resident every 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on their care level. Our staff, including RN/LPN, is available 24/7. We are transitioning to a call system for enhanced safety and communication.

Transition Support Services

Our employees and other residents provide support during the transition phase, along with outside agencies if needed.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to all medical appointments and community outings through our Life Enrichment program.

Dining Experience

We provide 3 meals a day, with breakfast made to order, two choices for lunch and dinner, along with a salad of the day and homemade soup.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We have a grievance policy in place. Both myself and the Director of Nursing are always available for direct contact upon admission for any concerns.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families are kept informed about any changes, doctor’s appointments, injuries, medication changes, etc. We conduct a care plan meeting at 30 days and then yearly, or as needed for any changes.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays based on availability at $300/day. The room is furnished; residents need to bring medications, clothing, and personal items.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with a $500 deposit.

Vaccination Clinic

We offer Covid and flu vaccinations through our vaccine clinic around September/October every year.

Aging in Place

Aging in place is important to us. We offer Hospice and Home Health services so residents can stay through end of life in their own private home within Meadow Wind.
