Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff includes Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are fully licensed, and aides who may either be credentialed or receive their training on-site. All staff members undergo continuous training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest in care practices and standards.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our facility is secured with cameras and monitored entry points. The receptionist manages the only unlocked door from 8am to 8pm. Additionally, our staff is present in the building 24/7, and an emergency response system is constantly monitored.

Transition Support Services

We offer support services to aid residents' transition into our community, including a move-in coordinator and a resident ambassador. These individuals help new residents settle in, understand the routine, and meet other residents and staff.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services include a bus for medical appointments three days a week, a shuttle bus for shopping and other activities once a week, and group outings 2-3 times per month.

Dining Experience

Residents enjoy three meals per day in our dining room, available from 7am to 7pm. There are no set meal times or seating assignments, and meal delivery is available for a fee.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents with complaints or issues are encouraged to speak with the manager of the department involved, escalating to the Executive Director if necessary to find a satisfactory resolution.

Cost of Living

Our rates start at $3,595 for a studio, $5,345 for a one-bedroom, and $6,600 for a two-bedroom apartment. Memory care rates begin at $7,195.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being, notifying them of any changes, concerns, falls, or emergency transports to the hospital.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we do not have any respite stay apartments available.

Pet-Friendly Community

A small dog or cat is welcome in our assisted living (excluding memory care), provided the resident can care for their pet.

Waitlist Information

We maintain a waitlist for certain apartment styles due to high demand.

Vaccination Services

The pharmacy that services our community offers Covid and flu vaccinations on a scheduled basis to residents.

Aging in Place

We strive to allow residents to age in place by not separating independent living and assisted living apartments and allowing hospice services within the building.
