I am the Executive Director

I have been an LPN for 26 years. I have worked the skilled side of this building for the past 2 years. I am able to work remotely and am available quickly. We have a Med tech and Resident Care Aide for each shift. We have a Medical Director and NP available 5 days a week and 24 hr. on call if needed.

Safety Measures

Our goal is always preventive first. We have secured doors on our unit, multiple options for fall safety, and ongoing monitoring for infection and behavior prevention. Did you have specific safety questions?

Ancillary Services

We have multiple ancillary services to assist residents who are a part of our community. We have activities on both our AL and skilled side, a beauty shop, vision/hearing/dental/podiatry services, home health care for therapy needs, as well as any psychosocial needs that may come up.

Resident Transportation

Assisted Living Residents utilize A-ride at the resident cost. We do not have our own resident transportation at this time.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience can be in-room or in our Main Dining Room, per their preference. We offer a full-service Dining Room and kitchen with therapeutic diets. Residents are able to store food of their own and have a fridge in their own room.

Complaints

If a resident or family member has a complaint, we have a complaint form they can fill out, and I am notified to follow up. Our Administrator is also very active with our Assisted Living and will also help if needed. I feel that most issues are usually communication and clarification. We communicate new meds, orders, or issues to families and guardians as they happen, usually via phone or in person, depending on the situation.

Respite Stays

We do offer respite stays. I would defer you to Nicole and Allison, our BOM, who would be able to break down the expenses for this a little better. Our daily room and board rate for a respite stay is $200/day.

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly as long as we have shot records.

Waiting List

We do not have a waiting list for AL at this time.

Vaccinations & Aging in Place

Yes, we are able to offer vaccinations. Residents are able to age in place, as long as the level of care does not exceed Assisted Living. However, we do have our Skilled Side across the hall and can transition residents over if needed.
