For the convenience of our residents, we offer a shuttle service for local trips to supermarkets, malls, and doctor's offices. This service is provided free of charge for regularly scheduled trips. Private transportation can also be arranged for a fee.

Moving Assistance

To help new residents transition smoothly into our community, we partner with a third-party service that assists with moving-related needs. While we do not have on-site movers, we ensure that residents have access to reliable moving services.

Dining Experience

Our community boasts three on-site restaurants, with one open for all three meals of the day and two others that serve dinner. Residents can enjoy a wide variety of dining options, with approximately 50 different choices for meals like dinner. The restaurants operate during set hours, providing residents with the flexibility to dine at their convenience within those times.

Healthcare and Staff

Lantern Hill employs a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the well-being of our residents. This includes:

We maintain open lines of communication with the families of our residents, either by phone or email, depending on their preference. Our resident services team is dedicated to addressing any concerns or complaints, ensuring a satisfactory experience for all.

Waitlist and Occupancy

Lantern Hill offers a waitlist for those interested in joining our community, with a fully refundable deposit. We prioritize our current independent living residents for transfers to higher levels of care, such as assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, over the public.
