Types of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Qualified Medication Aides (QMAs), Certified Medication Aides (CMAs), and caregivers, all of whom are trained onsite by an RN.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents with 24/7 staff availability, a wanderguard system, a nurse-call system, locked doors at night, and a fire protection system.

Support Services for Transition

To aid residents in their transition into the community, we offer a resident ambassador program. This program pairs current residents with new arrivals to assist with adjustments, answer questions, join meals together, and participate in activities.

Transportation Services

We provide scheduled transportation services for medical appointments and weekly shopping trips.

Dining Experience

Meals are served restaurant-style, where they are brought out to the residents’ tables.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

Residents and family members are encouraged to bring any complaints or issues directly to our executive director for resolution.

Communication with Families

We maintain communication with residents' families through care plan reviews every 90 days or upon a change in condition. Families are updated at these times or whenever concerns arise.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer both short-term and respite stays at the same cost as assisted living, which includes a base rate plus a care level rate.

Pet-friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Waitlist Status

Currently, we do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can receive both Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place within our community.
