Level of Care Fees- Assisted Living

Levels are determined by a personal care and health assessment completed by the community’s Director of Wellness. The assessment will be reviewed and discussed with family/resident prior to move-in

Medication Management

Determined by number of and type of medications managed by the Nursing Department. Medication management will be reviewed with family/resident prior to move-in

Community Fee

All new residents pay a one-time non-refundable fee. This fee covers the application process, normal wear and tear of the apartment and grounds, and maintenance upkeep of the community.

Therapy Services at CareOne

At CareOne, our therapy team provides one-on-one skilled services at our facility. Services allow residents to remain as independent as possible and maintain active lives. Our in-house therapy team is in constant communication with our nursing staff, allowing for quick intervention when therapy services are indicated.

Monthly Exercise Group

Once each month, the team leads a facility-wide exercise group to educate residents on the importance of movement and remaining active.

Dementia Capable Care Training

All therapy team members have been trained in Dementia Capable Care to better assist with cognitive impairments.
